Parakeets are bold. One might even say rash. This little bird insists on picking at the dog’s teeth. How does he know he isn’t going to be eaten in a single gulp? The dog could easily do it.
But it’s not nice to bite your dentist!

My dog used to pretended to be asleep so he could catch birds and eat them.
Yeah, I have seen that done by both dogs and cats. Usually worked for them.
This proves that animals are not unreasoning automatons as science once taught.
We are at liberty to question the soundness of a parakeet’s reasoning.
He was definitely bold.
