Towering Leftid Hypocrisy: AOC

Democratic-Socialist congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wore a gown emblazoned with "Tax the Rich" to the 2021 Met Gala.

So they had a “Met gala” the other night in New York City, and socialist nincompoop Alexandria O-Cortez showed up wearing a “Tax the Rich” dress–this at a wing-ding whose tickets cost $30,000 each (https://nypost.com/2021/09/14/aoc-ripped-for-attending-met-gala-in-tax-the-rich-dress/).

Just beautiful, ain’t it?

None of these mask fascists wore a mask, and the scuttlebutt is that AOC got in without having to pay. That is not hard to believe.

How, how, how did America ever wind up being governed by such a herd of jidrools? There must be something very wrong with our political system.

And that’s all the nooze I’m going to do today. It just makes me feel sicker.

  1. Not only didn’t they wear masks, the picture suggests that some of them barely wore any clothes.

I saw another picture from this event in which it appeared that the servers (i.e., the lowly peasant help that AOC claims to represent) were fully masked. And they were all fully dressed as well.

    1. I heard the prices of some of those gowns. Cato the Elder would’ve had them all fined for flagrantly breaking Rome’s laws against conspicuous consumption.

  2. This hypocrisy does indeed make me sick. They are just playing games, games that have dire consequences. I’m so tired of these who demonstrate “do as I say; not as I do” daily and are so quick to condemn anyone who has an opinion that differs from theirs.

  3. I saw a screen cap of AOC’s tweet about it being shared on Facebook (I don’t do twitter). The commentary was her blathering about how the designer was an immigrant person of colour. In the photo, however, the designer was on her knees at AOC’s feet, fiddling with the gown, and wearing a mask.

The image practically screamed of a slave/master scenario.

  4. I understand your feeling. I have always heard throughout my life, “You get the government you deserve.” R.J. Rushdoony used to say, “You cannot make good omelets with rotten eggs.” There is a meme going around Twitter of Joe Biden in the white dress and on the back in red letters it say, “China’s B*tch.”

    1. The mayor of a town I used to cover, notable for its political savagery, once asked me, “Why don’t you write about good government in action?” I’m afraid I was speechless at that.
