The revival at Asbury University, in Kentucky, is still going on, still going strong–ten days now. Thousands of people have shown up for it and more continue to arrive.
God knows we need a revival! That one could get started at all seems almost miraculous. Governed by thieves, educated by perverts, “entertained” by people too depraved to get into politics, it was beginning to look almost hopeless there.
I was not too far from giving up my blog. It’s discouraging to lose more than half your readership and not know why.
But I can’t give up while a revival’s going on! The flag is flying–this is not the time to desert. Who knows what the participants will bring home from this experience? Who knows what grace God will give them?
And it looks to me (I could be wrong) that the usual coven of Bad Guys has no idea what to say or do about this phenomenon in Kentucky. They are being uncharacteristically small and quiet. Maybe it’s scared them.
Guys, when Almighty God finally casts you off, you won’t know what hit you.
