You’d think that somewhere in the depths of the forest you could get away from Woke–but no. Uh-uh. A group in Oregon wants to set up segregated hiking trails… to avoid running into someone who might be “prejudiced” (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/07/woke-hiking-groups-create-segregated-hiking-paths-people/).
What do they expect to see when they look in the mirror?
To quote, these trails would be for “adventurers who are plus-sized and fat, Black [with a capital B], Indigenous, people of color, queer, trans, non-binary, disabled, neurodivergent [whatever the H that is], and beyond.” Beyond what? And how far?

What was once ridiculous comedy is now ridiculous politics.
We are born looking like a certain race. Example: Obama is half white. There is nothing that can be done about it, except people acknowledge man and woman are made in the image of God – one race.
We might also ask, How do they know if someone they pass on the trail is “prejudiced”? But if these people couldn’t practice projection, they would cease to exist.
If they have their way, only very prejudiced people would be hiking on those trails.
They are completely unable to see it in themselves.
As a woman of generous proportions, I do not consent to these virtue signalers using me as part of their “victim” class. I’ll hike any trail I want, thankyouverymuch.
I wonder if Oregon was always this silly.
