‘We Can Beat the Woke!’ (My Newswithviews Column, Dec. 28)

How Biden and Kerry could rebuild America's global climate ...

A precious pair of would-be slavemasters

These are the times that try our souls, as Thomas Paine once said. In his day the enemy was the military might of Britain–a very tall order indeed.

But what are we up against? What are we afraid of?

We Can Beat the Woke!

I know, I know, it’s been said before: “This next election is our last chance, mama!” Maybe this time it’s true. God knows how much more damage we can absorb from Obama, Slojo & Co. before our republic is destroyed. The Romans couldn’t keep theirs; and we seem determined to repeat all their mistakes.

But as yet we still have the resources to overcome the Woke and chase them out of our business.

Please let’s use those resources!

  1. We can beat the Woke by God working through us in a way that He gets all the glory. The Rapurists are all concerned about the Antichirst, when he will appear and who he is. I can tell you with perfect confidence the Antichrist is already here, and he is Satan himself. The demonic works through flesh and blood the same as Christ and His angels.

    1. I tend to agree that the AntiChrist is probably not some person. In scripture, the AntiChist is defined as denying that Christ came in the flesh, and that applies to a lot of people, and a number of religious groups.

When Christ returns, every eye will see, so I don’t think we’ll be confused about the matter. It would be a great thing to see, but Christ’s last words before ascending to heaven were to tell his disciples that the time of ahis return was not there’s to know, so getting hung up on chronological interpretations of prophecy. If I live to see Christ’s return, great, but if not, we have a solid hope that will be in place, even if we pass away before He returns.

The price paid by Christ’s death is the greatest ever paid, and our Father will not let this go to waste.
