Carlson vs. Johnson (10 rounds, or to curfew)
I don’t know quite what to make of this story. Tucker Carlson says former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson agreed to give him an interview… if he paid $1 million for it. Johnson says no dice, it never happened.
Carlson has come under fire for interviewing Russian strongman Vladimir Putin in the middle of his campaign to conquer Ukraine. Johnson called Carlson a tool of Putin. Western “reporters” who ignore SloJo Biden’s galloping dementia climb all over Carlson for “not asking Putin The Tough Questions,” blah-blah-blah. The presstitutes speak.
Certain “allies” of Johnson’s say the former P.M. wanted the money for charity. Honk if you believe that. Johnson calls Carlson “Putin’s stooge.” “Putin didn’t ask me for a million dollars,” Carlson answers.
Who’s telling the truth?
Tucker is telling the truth because he is a man of honor – thank God for him. He has recently been reading through the Bible and is amazed at what it says. He now admits there is a power working behind the Deep State when he used to not believe there was a Deep State.
I think we know what “power” that must be.
Ephesians 6:12 “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”
I am convinced that there are entities in the spirit realm which are seeking to influence human affairs to serve their own ends. The late Dr. Michael Heiser had some interesting theories on this subject. I’m not giving a blanket endorsement to his teachings, but his ideas are, at least, thought provoking.
This theory does serve to explain some of the persistent evil we see repeating, over the course of history. I’ve come to the conclusion that many lands have, for whatever the reason, fallen under the influence of spirit creatures who are not necessarily aligned with their Creator’s will. Our only safety comes from our Creator.
The political realm has become a parade of buffoonery.
Yeah, but buffoons are funnier.
I dunno. Boris Johnson is pretty ridiculous. I think that we should start a Go Fund Me to buy him a comb. 🙂
He wouldn’t know what to do with it.
Very true. He was an embarrassment, when he was Prime Minister. I had seen him on Top Gear, and he came off poorly. One had to wonder about his intelligence, his integrity, his sincerity and his overall character. Persons of character in positions of power are becoming evermore scarce.
