Robbie in her younger days
We had a scare here this morning: our cat, Robbie (18 years old) had a sudden seizure or spasm, I don’t know which, in the living room. No, this wasn’t nice! But it has happened once before, and lasted only a few minutes once I could comfort her; and that’s what happened this time.
Some weeks ago she had blood tests, X-rays, the whole kaboodle–and no bad news out of any of them. So we don’t know what’s what.
Meanwhile, there’s my leg and hip and Patty’s COPD: our little household needs prayer and plenty of it.
Everything’s quieted down now. Back to work.
Sorry to hear that. Prayers sent, and all any of us can do is soldier on, one day at a time.
Sometimes, to me, our little household feels like it’s under siege.
I know the feeling. Pray for peace for your household and trust in God. He will see you through. At the bottom of it all, there is our redemption; the price of which is already paid in full. Whatever we face, nothing can erase this.
Thanks, I needed that.
Sorry about this trial, but our God is still on the throne, He still cares and He has promised “…I will never leave you or forsake you.” I have to remind myself of this quite often. Life
gets to be heavy at time.
Prayers going to the throne for you all.
Thanks, Erlene.
Prayers for all three of you.
We need them, thanks.
You, Patty, and Robbie will be in our prayers this morning.

May Jesus healing mercies by with you three. Amen,
