Homeschooling Mom Runs for Superintendent of NC Schools

Michele Morrow with her family–obviously an extremist!

North Carolina’s Democrat governor has called the Republican candidate for State Superintendent of Schools “too extreme”–because she has homeschooled her five children (https://www.breitbart.com/clips/2024/03/27/dem-nc-gov-cooper-extreme-gop-superintendent-candidate-homeschools-all-of-her-children/).

Michele Morrow has five children who have, at various times, attended both public and private schools in addition to being homeschooled. She has been a school teacher for 16 years, a nurse, and a missionary in Mexico.

Wow. That’s “extreme,” all right! And she supports parents’ rights in education. How extreme can you get?

Democrats have politicized public education. Teachers’ unions are Far Left–very far. We all know what “school officials” think of parents. To have a sane and normal person in the State Superintendent’s chair would be a calamity. Oh, no! She’s been a teacher! She’s been a parent! She’s been a homeschooling mom! Obviously she knows nothing about education or children. No wonder the governor’s against her.

I think that means we ought to be for her.

  1. This reminds me of the Francis Scott Key Bridge that recently was hit by a barge. The gov’t officials and MSM were so quick to come out of the box that this was not a terrorist act that I believe just the opposite which is so often the truth. That bridge not only has a famous name but also is the main faraway between north and south America’s supply chain. And to top it off, Key owned slaves.

    1. They were awful quick on the draw–“Nope, no terrorism here!” It’s very hard to believe anything the MSM says.
