I just can’t find this hymn sung to the tune we had in our hymnal at the old Dutch Reformed Church. Well, here’s a tune I haven’t heard before: and the hymn, All Hail the Power of Jesus’ Name, sung by the Collegiate Church of St Mary’s. I wonder how many tunes it’s sung to, here and there.
I don’t know the answer to that, but this is not the tune I am familiar with. Good song, though.
I spent a lot of time searching for it, but couldn’t find it with the melody I knew.
I like the other tune we sing in our church – it is more powerful (pun intended).
