Thewhiterabbit asked for By and By, but the only example I could find (Elvis Presley, no less!) turned out not to be available after all.

I offer, as a substitute, Sweet By and By sung by Bird Youmans.

    2. I hope so. Was thinking about the same thing recently, how Elvis ranks his friends by their ability to catch a rabbit and that Elmer Fudd and him would definitely not get along. Funny to see it here on a random blog found by a completely different article.
