Arthur–who may have been a warlord, not a king–died more than 15 hundred years ago. But his influence on our Western culture is still alive and might never die.
Of course, given today’s Wokeness, massive ignorance of everything that happened more than a week or two ago, and the fonebone factories that pass for our institutions of learning (LOL), it may be we’ll finally kill King Arthur off. The Picts, the Normans, the Muslims couldn’t do it. But never underestimate the power of ignorance.
