I never heard this hymn till just now–The God Who Sits Enthroned on High, coming to us from the Providence Church. It’s a nice adaptation of Psalm 14.

Will be praying for you today (as always). Yesterday was horrible for me- I had severe migraine all day- about drove me mad. So far this morning, it is not back. Praise God. Hope your day goes OK.
Oh, gee, Erlene! Let’s keep praying for each other.
Definitely. Prayer is our only hope.
Wherever Christians gather to worship our King, there is the Church. Since so many on the Blog are needing a healing touch of mercy, how about the hymn “He Touched Me.”
I’ll try to post it tomorrow. I hope I get to do some work tomorrow.
Even this blog serves as a church, after a fashion.
Indeed it does.
Erlene, Lee, and the others from this blog, I have been praying for all of you.
I also have a hymn request. “Heaven Came Down.” That hymn reminds me of my conversion to Christ. Even though it was over 50 years ago, I remember where I was, and the time of day. The evening service had concluded, and folks always stayed for a while, some to pray, some to talk. God had been dealing with me for weeks, convicting me of my sin and my need for Him. I knelt to pray, and gave my heart and life to the Lord, such joy and peace came over me! I Peter 1:8 says it all “Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory.” And the hymn, also says it well.
