‘O God Our Help in Ages Past’

Stuck for a hymn this morning, no requests. For some reason I had an urge to post Deck the Halls with Boughs of Holly. I resisted it.

So here: O God Our Help in Ages Past, by Isaac Watts. Sung by the Sharon Mennonite Bible Institute Singers.

  1. I am no doing well at all, and neither is my computer, but I’ll try to come up with a hymn request soon. Meanwhile, this one is good.

  2. Well, if not “Deck the Halls,” maybe the old Pogo comic strip version — remember?
“Deck us all with Boston Charlie,
    Walla Walla, Wash and Kalamazoo.
    Norah’s freezing on the trolley,
    Swaller dollar, cauliflower, alley-garoo.” 🙂 🙂 🙂
