‘Gillette Boards the “Trans” Express’ (2019)

Rats fleeing a sinking ship It features a dramatic scene ...

The S.S. DEI is sinking, and the rats are abandoning ship

Six years and a presidential election have, I am happy to say, made a difference.

Here’s a sample of some of the swill they served up to us when they thought they were going to take over:

For some unfathomable reason, Democrats are just ga-ga for “transgender,” can’t get enough of it. God knows what they want, in the long run. And as for the corporations: the same pack of CEOs who couldn’t wait to push “trans” on the rest of us are now the fastest rats deserting the sinking ship.

It ain’t 2019 anymore, folks. Now there’s resistance! Let’s hope four years of Biden was a forever cure for voting Democrat.

  1. A lot of people have quit buying from Gillette, because of this. I have what is probably a lifetime supply of blades, so it’s a moot point, but I’m not interested in doing business with a company that seems to hate me. They need my business, and not the other way around. Where that’s concerned, during the lockdown I had a fairly long beard, so I don’t need them at all.

Why do businesses think that they need to be a force in the lives of their customers? I buy razor blades in order to shave, and I buy whatever products I choose to buy to use for my needs. A bar of Ivory soap tends to be very egalitarian, and doesn’t operate any differently when it’s being used by anyone, regardless of whatever groups they identify with. Provide the product, and I’ll buy, and utilize, as I see fit.

I recall a Gillette commercial with men standing in front of barbecue grills, and it seemed to hint that were weren’t being the best we could be. Fine Gillette, but that was the last dime they got from me.

There’s a huge cultural battle happening.

    1. At least some of the more zealous DEI mugs are turning tail and pulling out. We need to stop buying their products–and tell them why.
