Yup, we’re both sick now, Patty and me. I can’t help thinking it’s the hospital’s fault–saddling me with a room-mate who coughed and coughed all night, every night… which of course made it impossible for me to get any sleep. We’ve both got it.
Maybe if I sit outside for a while, I’ll feel better.
No, I haven’t forgotten that I’m trying to write a book. But holy cow, the obstacles!
As they say, when it rains it pours. Prayers for you and Patty that the coughing subsides – coughing takes so much out of us. Don’t let the medics test you for Covid because most likely they will say you have it – false positives abound with their Covid testing.
I just got out of the confounded hospital and I don’t want to go back in!
That’s happened to me twice in hospitals, where they stuck someone with a persistent cough in my room.
Are they surprised when it happens?
No telling.
