‘Juneteenth’ on the Ropes

[Thanks to Susan for the nooze tip.]

It was supposed to be a celebration of the end of slavery in America, in 1865; and they called it “Juneteenth.”

Now it seems to be fading away–supposedly due to lack of funding. They say the funding’s drving up (https://www.huffpost.com/entry/juneteenth-sponsorships_n_6850089be4b07f75743aa8de).

At the same time, donations seem to be drying up for Homosexual “Pride” Month (what they’re “proud” of continues to elude me).

Is America coming back to her senses? Finally, at last, thank the Lord–sweeping out all that “diversity” crapola? Are we finally coming out of it?

I pray so. The 21st Century is a dangerous time… and certainly no time for indulging idiotic fancies.

  1. The US paid a massive price to end slavery, and this is something we can all appreciate. I show my appreciation by recognizing the sacrifices of all verterans, of all eras.
