Tulsi Gabbard–bringing in the truth

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has gone to war–with the “mainstream” “news” media–“They printed what the Deep State told them to print,” she charged–and the Obama administration and its hangers-on… all they did, she says, was try to rig the 2016 election in Hillary Clinton’s favor.
If these kinds of shenanigans are bread and butter to the punks in power, then we don’t have a republic anymore. Down the chute we go, just as the Romans went when they pissed away their republic.
“Don’t take my word for it!” Ms. Gabbard has said. She has hundreds, if not thousands, of documents clearly making the case against Obama & Co.
Personally, I don’t believe anything will happen, there will be no consequences, they’ve already gotten away with it;
But I’d love to be proved wrong.
I, too, doubt whether any of the villains will face legal consequences. If the Clintons haven’t by now, no one will — no Democrat, that is. But at least the documentation of the crimes is finally available, so we have hard evidence to back up our claims. Not that any leftist ever listens to evidence, of course (“I’ve made up my mind; don’t confuse me with the facts.”), but it’s good to have the facts anyway, for those of us who still believe in reality and value the truth.
And that’s it for the day on my teeny-tiny phone keyboard. 🙄
I also doubt that anyone significant will face criminal charges in these matters. Some hapless underlings might take a fall, because that’s how it always work in these situations.
I had a discussion with someone yesterday who was disgusted and had concluded that this was all being swept under the rug, but to be honest, that person was displaying a lack of understanding.
Let’s suppose, for the sake of discussion, that an outgoing President sought to undermine the incoming president by manufacturing false information. This could easily cross over into treason, but, the last thing that incoming president would want would be for the full legal penalty for treason to be applied to the outgoing President. That would simply be perceived as the incoming president ordering the execution of his opponent. Far better, would be to let this matter play out in the courts and allow the negative publicity about the outgoing President and his party to become widely known.
If Mr. O. Is prosecuted, I can absolutely guarantee that it will fizzle out, or that the finding will be of some lesser charge. Sorry, but that’s just how it is, and that is the imperfection of human society in our fallen world. It’s not going to change, and it’s certainly not worth becoming upset over. If evil deeds are publicly exposed, that could sway some undecided voters, and that is the true value of all this.
