Today I actually managed to do a couple of things that had been on my “to do” list for awhile. Small things, the kind that because they are so easy, and so simple, that you just keep bumping them. And they never get done.
It was gray and rainy all day, but I didn’t mind. We truly need the rain–there have been a lot of wild fires here in the east, but none in New Jersey as yet. I remember a few years ago when there were these horrible wildfires in Canada and the sky here was actually orange for about three days. It was really creepy.
Well that’s it for now.
See you tomorrow.,
God bless everybody.
Patty
Sometimes, even the small tasks can weigh heavily, so it’s good to get them out of the way. For me, it was another trip to the city and frustration at the incredibly bad planning that has major roads shut down all over the place.
New Jersey will be a nice place if they ever finish fixing the roads. That is always ongoing. I mean really all the time.
Pretty much the same here. There is a major improvement project on I-10 in Tucson, which I think will be a good thing, but the side roads are in disorder. Tucson’s civic planning is not to the liking of many people in these parts. Blessedly, I don’t live in Tucson, but do a fair amount of business there, so I get at least partial benefit of Tucson’s traffic.
