Gee–what’s a suitable hymn for New Year’s Day? I had to rack my brain a bit before I came up with Deck the Halls. “Fast away the old year passes…” Yo, 2024–don’t let the door hit you in the kiester on your way out.
We are wide open for hymn requests, but as yet none have come in for today.

Deck the Halls is an old Welsh New Year’s carol, but the version above is called The Lord Has Come and has Christmas lyrics instead. It’s less than two minutes long, but worth it.
If anybody out there knows where to find a video presentation, I’m all ears.
