I couldn’t leave you without a critter video, could I?
And this one blows me away. Crying baby comforted by cat. I’ve never seen the like of it.
Is this a glimpse of what it will be like in Christ’s Kingdom?

Before I conk out, here’s a nice cat video (I can finally post them without being brought to the brink of tears–and never mind making fun of me; I’m a swordsman).
But look how these cats love washing machines! It’s almost enough to persuade you to let them do your laundry. I heard somewhere that the Babylonians did that.
I can understand a cat liking to sleep on a pile of soft plush toys. What I can’t understand is how the cat got inside the claw machine. Did he pay a quarter?
And, um, how does he get out?
Somewhere out there we’ll find the answers.
Oh, how I miss our cats! It’s hard for me to post cat videos; but we do strive for a return to normalcy. I wonder if we’ll ever get there.
I’d like for it to snow today.
It’s said that Aristotle knew 15 ways to annoy a cat, but this is the only one that’s survived.
Besiege her with wind-up toys.
Dogs get into the spirit of the thing, but none of our cats ever did. They only noticed the toys when they became an annoyance.
Holy moly, I can use a nap! Maybe these cats and kittens can show me the shortest way to nap-time. Cats are sleep masters, they all have black belts in it. I wish we had some of them here.
A chinchilla can always take a dust bath; but these kittens have to be washed by their mother. It looks like she’s not given to halfway measures.
It makes sense. You’ve never smelt a stinky kitten, have you?
I have to go back to the hospital this afternoon, but first I managed to crank out another four pages of Ozias, Prince Enthroned. I’ve never had so many obstacles to writing a book; but maybe I’ll finish this one by Halloween.
For the time being, I have a bonus critter video as a sanity break. Cats love us, but they also have the power to amuse us. Amazing, how much fun cats and kittens can have with a cardboard box.
I’m just not up to posting any more nooze today.
Cat wants to take a nap; kitten wants to play. We have a conflict here!
Someone told me there’s a monster lurking in the background of this video, but I can’t see it. Can you?
Here’s a cat who seems to be giving his owner word for word–with some purring thrown in. Our cat Buster used to get pretty chatty. We talk to our pets all the time. Are they imitating us?
