As long as the looniversity administrators are banning words, they might as well share the fun and ask the students which words they’d like to see added to the list–what could be more democratic?
Gotta ban words that aren’t “inclusive.” That would be just about every word that you can think of. If a word is to be any use as a tool for communication, it must exclude all meanings but the one intended. If you don’t believe me, next time you go to the restaurant and feel like french fries, order some strips of flypaper and see what you get.
Better yet–if you’re a lib, try eating the flypaper…
