By Request, ‘I Can Only Imagine’

Requested by Susan, performed by Mercyhymns Me, I Can Only Imagine.

It looks like it’s going to be a drizzly, dreary day out here in Jersey. Brighten it up a little with some hymn requests.

By Request, ‘I Can Only Imagine’

Susan requested this: I Can Only Imagine, by Mercy Me, performed by the One Voice Children’s Choir.

The hymn shop is open, we love to post the hymns you ask for, and if you’ve got one you want to share, just let us know.

By Request, ‘I Can Only Imagine’

We have a hymn request from Thewhiterabbit, so here it is–I Can Only Imagine, by Mercy Me.

The hymn shop is open, and we’re taking all your requests.

By Request, ‘I Can Only Imagine’

We start the day with a hymn request from Thewhiterabbit–I Can Only Imagine, by MercyMe, from the movie of the same name.

If you’re new here… well, I try to post all hymn requests. All you have to do is ask.

We have a hymn request from Thewhiterabbit, I Can Only Imagine, by Mercy Me.

Old photographs of old chapters in our lives, and loved ones who’ve passed on…

How could we live a minute in this fallen world, without Our Lord Jesus Christ?

By Request, ‘Oh, Lord, You’re Beautiful’

Requested by Erlene–O Lord, You’re Beautiful, by Keith Green: sung by J. Michael Finley. From the I Can Only Imagine movie soundtrack.

Update: Patty has been able to go out and do errands three days in a row, with no ill effects. She couldn’t have done it three weeks ago. Thank you all for your prayers; please keep them coming.

By Request, ‘O Lord, You’re Beautiful’

Requested by Erlene: O Lord, You’re Beautiful, sung by J. Michael Finley as part of the movie soundtrack for I Can Only Imagine.

God the Father reconciled Himself and us in the person of Jesus Christ, both Son of God and Son of man. I haven’t seen the movie, but I’m told it’s about forgiveness. So is Easter. So is the Christian life. We can’t do without it. And even as God forgives us, He calls us to forgive each other.

By Request, ‘I Can Only Imagine’

Susan thought you’d enjoy this: I Can Only Imagine, by Mercy Me. It’s true, you know. What God has in store for us who love Him, eye has not seen, nor ear heard. Betcha anything even our imaginings fall short of the reality.

By Request, ‘I Can Only Imagine’

I am not easily moved by music videos, but this one brought me close to tears: I Can Only Imagine, by Mercy Me (requested by Weavingword).

Pay close attention to the lyrics and the images. A lot of thought went into this creation.  And then you won’t be amazed that someone, commenting on the youtube page, said he was “a borderline atheist” until he heard this song.

This is an evil age in a fallen world, but the Holy Spirit is at work. Always. He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
