‘Praise to the Lord the Almighty’

Yes, I know I’m off to a late start. First I have trouble getting started, and then it’s trouble to keep going. Oh, well…

Praise to the Lord, the Almighty–this was another Sunday school favorite. It sounded even better when the whole congregation sang it .

By Request, ‘All I Have Is Christ’

Requested by SemperSolaDeoGloria, and sung by Erin Hill: All I Have Is Christ. Presented by Sovereign Grace Music.

By Request, ‘O Lord, My Rock and My Redeemer’

We’re off to a late start with the hymn contest, but here we go–

Requested by Tessa, O Lord, My Rock and My Redeemer, presented by Sovereign Grace Music, performed by Prayers of the Saints Live.

The contest is open to all, so don’t be shy, step right up and name a hymn!

‘Christ Our Glory’

I don’t know who wrote this hymn, I don’t know who’s singing it; but it has all the right stuff, and there’s why I put it here. Christ Our Glory, brought to us by Sovereign Grace Music. We can say Amen!

‘How Firm a Foundation’

This hymn was on my mind last night, which makes it easy to select one for the following morning. How Firm a Foundation, performed by Bob Kaufin and Sovereign Grace Music–odd, but in my church, way back when, we used to sing this to the tune of O Come All Ye Faithful. But it’s a great hymn either way.
