Just to make sure you know what you’ll be getting, if you’ve decided Donald Trump is so completely awful that we might as well have Hillary Clinton in the White House, we now have emails to prove–yes, I said prove–that Clinton campaign chairthing John Podesta worked several years to create “activist groups” whose purpose was to undermine the authority of the Catholic Church in America, and change it from within ( http://www.theamericanconservative.com/dreher/democrats-conspiracy-the-catholic-church/ ).

You want the names of those groups? Well, start with “Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good” and “Catholics United.” This is politics, so there’s no such thing as truth in advertising.

And please remember that Hillary Clinton (the president’s wife) herself has said, for the record, that “deep-seated religious beliefs have to be changed” to accommodate her loony and satanic “progressive” vision for America. If you think these people will leave your church alone, once they’ve got the White House and have appointed a Supreme Court justice or two–

Please do think again!

  1. The slope gets ever slipperier. Keeping in mind the context of world events: persecution of Christians becoming more prominent, beheadings, a ramping up of pressure on Israel, and I’m left with only one conclusion; these are momentous times.

As frustrating as I find the campaign, it doesn’t bother me all that much. IMO, there are much larger matters in play and this election is only one element of it.

    1. I would like to remind everyone that these are the same schmendricks who yell and scream “Separation of church and state!” at every opportunity.

    2. I’ve noticed that many people these days tend to have asymmetric logic when it applies to the application of rules. What extends towards them can be vetted against the most petty and trivial interpretation of the law while that which extends from them is essentially exempt from criticism of any sort. There’s a word for that: hypocrisy.

  2. Here’s food for thought, both abortion and same sex marriage were legalized under republican majority Supreme Courts.

    1. Yes, I heard about that–UN decides Temple Mount got nuthin’ to do with that there Jewish stuff. They must of larned that in collidge.

Glad you liked the NWV column. Sometimes those come out of my hide.

    2. The most significant thing about the UNESCO decision is that the current administration is the lamest of waterfowl and has zero to lose by withholding the UN veto that has many times been played to Israel’s favor in the past. If that happens, there can essentially be a legal (by human authority) claim that would authorize an attempt to force Israel out of east Jerusalem. With Russia a major player in the Middle East and a newly discovered oil field under the Golan Heights there is now a nearly irresistible combination of economic incentive and legal pretense for some party, and possibly quite a number of parties, to go for it.

I’m trying very hard to NOT sound like Chicken Little, but if Zechariah 12 and Ezekiel 38 apply to literal Israel, let’s just say that the dominoes are neatly stacked for a literal fulfillment of Gog of Magog.
