Feminists Want to Ban Deodorants

No, sorry, it’s not a satire. It’s for real.

Feminists at some stupid pow-wow at UCLA have called upon their cohorts to “refrain from wearing fragrances,” including deodorants (https://www.campusreform.org/?ID=11782). A lot of people already think feminists are unhygienic. This will do nothing to alter that opinion.

The title of the event is “Thinking Gender: Feminists Confronting the Carceral State” with “feminist, queer, abolitionist, and intersectional interventions.”

If you understood that sentence, there’s something wrong with you.

I guess they’re tryin’ to say America’s just this great big prison, part of “America’s gendered regimes of incarceration,” oh, brother, and all these left-wing weirdos have gotta get together and do somethin’ about it, big-time…

Does anybody wonder that I’m totally burned out by Friday?

Again let us appeal to whatever is left of sanity in our country: please, defund the colleges and universities! It can’t possibly do America any good at all to keep these idiot hatcheries open any longer.

  1. Not only feminists, but it seems nobody is happy without some grievance to rant about. Best just turn your head and ignore them all.

  2. Just when they it the most! Just when WE need them to cover the stench of their fanaticism. Like a mother who changes diapers all day long eventually becoming immune to the smells.

  3. Ho hum. They did this back in the 1960s and 70s — no shaving, no deodorants, no bras, etc. Yawn. Well, at least they aren’t making up any new unappealing idiocies today, just recycling some old ones. Recycling is a Good Thing, right? 🙂

  4. These people have no inkling of how unpleasant life can be. Apparently, many of them don’t realize what it’s like to do physical work. They don’t realize that not everyone has access to a shower upon demand, etc. Of course the liberal mind seems to exempt itself from their own regulatory suggestions.

  5. Anyone who has spent even a short time in a place where antiperspirants were (regrettably) omitted will see the folly of this. Seriously, “what up” with that?!
