Predator and prey? Well, that’s what they’re supposed to be, but animals are smart enough to do what they want to do. Especially domesticated animals that hang around with humans.
Cats and bunnies: they groom each other and play together, and eat out of the same dish–what more could you ask?

Cats are very affectionate and gentle, most of the time. I’ve never had a pet rabbit, but they do seem pretty nice. In my neighborhood, we have desert hares which are larger than most cats, but generally shy little critters. My cat watches them all day long.
cute playful little critters. One of the stray cats that came to live here has had four kittens, and they are really playful. No rabbits to engage them, but they enjoy the company of one another.
The lop-ear rabbit in the picture looks like our Bincy Bunny who is now going on 13 – our longest-living house rabbit yet.
