  1. People are anxious to find contradictions in the Scripture, but it will not fly. All that it takes is serious study and with the help of the Holy Spirit’s guidance. It is all so clear.

  2. Most supposed contradictions are really just apparent contradictions. My experience is there is always a plausible explanation. They think that they are being smart by bringing up these things. But it never occurs to them that in the two thousand years of Christendom, somebody else hasn’t brought up that same thing and somebody else hasn’t already answered them. It’s ironic that they don’t believe in the Bible, yet they believe in the parts that make it look bad.
