No Lockdown for the Elites

Just Tell 'Em Joe Sent ME - Jean's Playhouse

Paris is locked down, but good–but not for the rich and famous.

They go to “secret restaurants” where none of King COVID’s rules apply, spending up to 490 euros apiece (that’s $580 in American money) to enjoy a good chow-down (https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3948260/posts).

They don’t wear masks, they don’t bother with Social Distancing, they kiss, they laugh–I think they’re laughing at us peasants. Marie Antoinette, call your office.

And for some unfathomable reason, after repeatedly breaking lockdown rules, the rich and beautiful offenders are not dropping off like flies. But they will be prosecuted for disobeying The Government, say junior officials who have no meaningful authority.

Some of these underground restaurants are literally underground. All the better to hide Gavin Newsom. Maybe if he promised to stay there, we could look the other way.

  1. If lock-downs are so effective then why do they have to keep doing them over and over again? Of course we already know the answer to that.

By the way, what’s the difference between being locked-up and being locked-down? Walmart.

    1. Prisoners who have already been locked up are punished by being put on lockdown.

  2. Our Governor here in Arkansas finally lifted the mask mandate on March 31. Now when I go into stores without a mask as I already was doing, most people still wear them? It is amazing how dumbed-down and sheep-like the American people have become.

    1. He also vetoed a bill to forbid subjecting children to “gender reassignment” via drugs or surgery–what’s wrong with him? I was glad to hear the legislature overrode his veto.

    2. It’s the same here in Texas. I still see people wearing them and some businesses requiring them. It has become habitual I think.
