Here a TV show, created purely for light entertainment, showed its audience how easily the news media, aiding and abetting feckless and irresponsible government, can turn a hoax into “news” and a real event into a shaggy dog story. “I know it’s true! I seen it on the news!”
We do need to outgrow that.
The MSM was taken over in the 1940’s by the CIA’s Mockingbird Project, that is why they all use the same talking points. Sheeesh! After 80 years you would think “the people” would catch on. Thank God for alternative media, but even many of them are subservient to money from the products they push on their show from companies using ESG.
I’m afraid The People almost never catch on.
