Voice and cello, Alison Krauss and Yo-Yo Ma–a wonderful treatment of the Wexford Carol. And with bagpipes, too! I love the combination.
Let’s keep our Christmas going!

Wonderful. So much better to hear great music than to hear all the babblers on the news.
Gotta cover the nooze. though. It’s part of my job.
I would like to hear, “Mary, Did You Know?” By Kenny Rogers & Wynonna Judd done in 1996.
I don’t mind the way you cover news. I’m talking about the constant jabbering on TV.
Would you believe we don’t have TV anymore?
I would believe don’t have TV anymore. I actually do have a television set, a nice one, but I don’t have an antenna, nor cable, nor satellite. I haven’t watched broadcast TV in any quantity since 1977. My TV broke back in ‘77 and after about two weeks, I found that I couldn’t stand being around most TV shows, and after that, I also found that I could almost always could predict the dialogue and plot of TV sitcoms. I have never missed broadcast TV.
My steady girlfriend in high school was named Alison, but no way could she sing like Alison Krauss. She did a good job, though, of singing along to Diana Ross.
If she could sing along with Diana Ross, that was no small feat.
