Christian men kneel in prayer in a Polish city
Even as France’s globalist government was jailing conservative presidential candidate Marine Le Pen, large crowds were filling the streets in France, Spain, and Poland–demanding an end to the “Islamization” of Europe (https://gatewayhispanic.com/2025/04/spain-and-france-rise-against-islamization-europe-is-christian/).
“Spain is Christian, not Muslim” has gone viral on the Internet. French signs read “Islam out of Europe!” and “Europe is Christian!” In Poland Christian men knelt in the street and prayed the rosary. In Spain they’re remembering la Reconquista, which took several centuries and culminated in all the Muslim Moors being cast out of Spain.
Is the European Union Parliament aware of any of this? Will the French people be content with a hand-picked globalist stooge to govern them?
Once before, centuries ago, Islam tried to conquer Europe, slicing off big pieces of it before Charles Martel, the grandfather of Charlemagne, crushed the Muslim armies at the Battle of Tours (732). Recovering the lost ground in Europe took centuries of warfare and diplomacy.
I can’t help thinking that Marine Le Pen holds the key to this labyrinth. And that it was a Very Big Mistake to treat her as a criminal.

There is a battle going on. Eph 6:12 “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” What we see on the ground is the earthly manifestation of spiritual warfare which has been raging since mankind’s fall. We must pray, accordingly, and place our faith in the final outcome, when Christ is given full dominion.
He may want us to get our hands dirty.

The EU only cares about globalism – nationalism is foreign to them.
What I want to know is just whom that EU government purports to represent.
But tyranny has always been the curse of Europe.
Historically, Europe does seem happy to walk into tyranny, over and over again. Who knows what will happen next, or how quickly things may progress, but I suspect that there’s some real trouble brewing.
What a wonderful sight. “Onward Christian Soldiers” is a good hymn to sing at a time like this.
