‘ O Worship the King’

One of the first hymns I learned to play on my harmonica: O Worship the King, sung here by Maddy Prior and the Carnival Band.

And now it’s time for me to run around seeing doctors and not getting any better.

  1. We sang this in my high school choral music class. Well, everyone sang it except those of us who were in the “listeners'” section for those who couldn’t stay on pitch — or even find it to begin with. We were told just to move our lips and make no sound. We became experts at lip-sync, including facial expressions and occasional gestures. 😄😄😄 But we were next to the alto section, and I can testify that the alto part was almost a monotone anyway — as were most of the alto parts.
