Highlighting the absurd is a good way of preparing for what the future discourse will be for Progressive/Leftids. Their slide downward is an example of what the late Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan called “defining deviancy down.”
Or maybe “defining idiocy up.”
Once again, Lee was ahead of his time. Look at what has happened since, where politics has becoming a chest beating competition of virtue signaling and allowing identity politics to outweigh qualifications, etc.
He was really good at what he did.
