O frabjous day, callooh callay! I do love Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, with all of Carroll’s made-up words.
I’m cheering because I actually tackled items on my To-Do list and was able to scratch a couple of big ones off.
Feeling much better today and I can’t see any reason why I shouldn’t feel as well tomorrow. Don’t want to jinx it, though.
The one sour note today–while I was looking up news, I read that traces of the drugs used in the abortion pills are turning up in various cities water supplies. The bad guys are saying that is nonsense. That alone makes me suspicious. I will check that out further. There’s so very much out there. It’s like the bad guys never sleep, nor do they think too much about the consequences of their actions. The impact on wildlife, for example, which in many places is struggling.
Enough for today, though.
I am knocking off a little early, going to make my supper, watch something entertaining, and be in bed at my usual early hour.

I’m not surprised at all about the drugs being found in water. That’s not new. Long ago, they found the fish and other aquatic animals near sewage outflows – water that had already gone through sewage treatment plants – showed excessively high levels of intersex mutations. When tested, not only did they find the fish had hormonal birth control in them, but they could actually tell what brands of birth control it came from.
This problem will get worse, too.

Glad to hear that the day was better. I actually managed to knock out a few tasks today, in spite of the gloom and constant rain. This is the Desert! It’s not supposed to rain daily.
