By Request, ‘Blessed Are Those Who’ve Never Seen’

Erelene asked for this worship song to start the day–Blessed Are Those Who’ve Never Seen: Our Lord’s words to Thomas in John 20… because Thomas thought the news of Christ’s Resurrection too good to be true.

Sung here by Carroll Roberson.

By Request, ‘Blessed Are Those Who’ve Never Seen’

Ah, an entry into our hymn contest, from Erlene–Blessed Are Those Who’ve Never Seen, by Carroll Roberson.

I wonder why we can’t get entries from more than just a few readers. Why does it so often turn out that way?

BTW, that stream Carroll Roberson is visiting–I do wish I could go there and soak my feet in cold running water!

By Request, ‘Blessed Are Those Who’ve Never Seen’

Requested by Erlene, we have Blessed Are Those Who’ve Never Seen, sung by Carroll Roberson.

Thomas the Apostle believed Jesus after he saw His wounds; but Jesus used the occasion to bless those who would never see Him–and would still believe in Him.

By Request, ‘Blessed Are Those Who’ve Never Seen’

This hymn by Carroll Roberson is based on Scripture: the story of Thomas’ doubt of Christ’s resurrection, told in John 20:26-29.

Requested by Erlene.

Thomas, because thou has seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.    –John 20:29

By Request: ‘Blessed Are Those Who’ve Never Seen’

This is from Carroll Roberson’s new album, requested by Erlene–a worship song based on Scripture, Blessed Are Those Who’ve Never Seen. It’s what Jesus said to Thomas after the apostle said he wouldn’t believe until he’d seen for himself the evidence of Christ’s death and resurrection. (John 20:29)

And it’s what He says to us.
