School districts in western Washington and Oregon find themselves in a dilemma (https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/education/conservative-school-districts-beg-trump-save-them-blue-states-gender).
President Trump has told them, stop the “gender” and DEI nonsense–or lose your federal funding.
But their respective states’ “education” authorities have warned them that they’ll lose state funding unless they refuse to obey the president’s executive orders.
(“Heads they win, tails you lose!”)
These conservative eastern school districts are asking the president to save them from going down the rabbit-hole with the Far Left western districts. I always hated that in school: the whole class given detention because the teacher couldn’t control one or two bad pupils.
Yes, there are still parents in Oregon and Washington who aren’t on the funky pronoun bandwagon.
Why their kids are still in public school… beats me.
