A Little Long, But Very Good

Humorous Interlude: Cat vs. Printer REPRINT

From March 10, 2016

Does your cat get along with your technology? Watch this little character’s eyes get wider and wider as she tries to let this printer know who’s boss.

My cat, Peep, has been fascinated with fragile machinery ever since she got up on top of the refrigerator somehow–I don’t know how–as a kitten, wormed her way inside the box containing my ice cream-making machine, and brought the whole thing crashing down to the floor. Peep escaped uninjured. My ice cream maker didn’t.

From January 3, 2017

Sanity Break: A Most Eccentric Cat

From April 17, 2016

Obviously this cat likes sticking her head under running water. Why she likes it, that’s a mystery. She looks a bit like one of our cats, Peep, who wouldn’t dream of doing such a thing.

Especially the cat in this video.

Kittens: They Do It with Mirrors

I never get tired of watching kittens getting goofy over mirrors. I had an anole once who’d go positively postal if he saw his reflection in a mirror; and I once saw a hamster get very grumpy about it. But kittens seem to be having fun.

It is said that clams are among the very few animals to recognize themselves in a mirror; but they don’t do anything about it.

Video Treat: Fun with Kittens – this is fun from 2016

Well, my WordPress prombles are just about all straightened out, although it took a lot of doing. I was fortunate in finding a very patient tech support guy. He had to be patient: my computer vocabulary is not much better than a cat’s.

Anyhow, there are some gorgeous kittens in this little video, including a couple who have just learned, “Hey, I can make my tail get puffy!” Cats are so funny when they first figure that out.
