In Defense of Hell

So is there a Hell, or isn’t there? A place of eternal punishment. Eternal torment. Forever cut off from God.

Well, let me put it this way. I’m not going to do evil just on the off chance that John Lennon was right and there is no Hell. I’m not going to anticipate being issued a Free Pass/Get Out of Jail Free card as soon as my soul takes leave of my body. I don’t want to be on that one-way elevator, “Going down.”

As long as he’s going to pardon his ridiculously corrupt son, Hunter, after having promised the nation that he wouldn’t, “President” SloJo Biden has been on a pardon binge–1,500 in December, another 2,500 this month so far–a record.

(He’d better hurry. He stops being president on Monday.)

He has also pardoned 37 of 40 death row inmates awaiting execution for their violent crimes.

Why is SloJo on what can be called a “pardoning binge”? Does he mean to empty out the prisons? Who’s he trying to make room for?

It’s difficult to dismiss the thought that Democrats really don’t care what you do, as long as you swig the Far Left Kool-Aid and do as you’re told. They don’t care if you rob your local bodega. They’ll probably turn you loose the same day you’re arrested. But just try staging an anti-abortion protest. That’s when they throw the book at you.
