Yesterday’s communists, today’s Democrats
I don’t like to think that earlier phases of my life were fictional. But the differences between then and now are so sharply drawn, it’s very tempting to suspect only one or the other is real.
So much for philosophy.
How did this whole party get taken over by Far Left Crazy? What happened to all the normal people who were in it? Were they killed and eaten? I confess I used to be a Democrat. The 1972 county Democrat Convention permanently cured me of it. But they did used to have nice picnics.
By 9 a.m. this morning I was already pleading for mercy as my wife read me nooze headlines. If there only were some way to tunnel out of this age…
