Every now and then a politician accidentally says something that’s true. Rep. Ayanna Preslet (D-Massachusetts–and please don’t say you’re surprised) fell into that trap recently .

Yup, that’s what she said. Let the cat out of the bag. I wonder what kind of “progress” she has in mind. It would be good if we never found out.
Maybe it would’ve been fair to say, some years ago, that calling Democrats “evil” or “insane” or “toxic” was a mere rhetorical flourish, fit only to be ignored.

Babble from the lunatic fringe has become the daily bread of the Democrat Party. Once upon a time you couldn’t say this stuff at a major party’s national convention.
How in the world does your party stand up before the nation and say “Here’s what we’ve got cooking up for you”? Which fragment of their agenda is not insane? Puberty blockers for the kiddies in grade school? Wiping out our southern border? Your choice: a ruinously expensive and apt-to-blow-up electric car, or the bus with the chickens in it? Name one thing they stand for that isn’t toxic to a civilization.

I don’t like to think that earlier phases of my life were fictional. But the differences between then and now are so sharply drawn, it’s very tempting to suspect only one or the other is real.
How did this whole party get taken over by Far Left Crazy? What happened to all the normal people who were in it? Were they killed and eaten? I confess I used to be a Democrat. The 1972 county Democrat Convention permanently cured me of it. But they did used to have nice picnics.
By 9 a.m. this morning I was already pleading for mercy as my wife read me nooze headlines. If there only were some way to tunnel out of this age…
Then I went to the supermarket for our weekend’s groceries. Ouch! Whatever was $5 last week is now $6-plus.

But this whole presidency is a wrecking ball aimed at America. Millions of illegal aliens swarming over our unenforced border. Critical Race Theory and transgender propaganda in the schools. The Afghanistan fiasco. Et cetera, et cetera. And to top it all off, last night SloJo declared war on the tens of millions of us who voted for President Trump. It seems we’re “a threat to our demoncracy” (let the typo stand: it’s telling the truth). Is it a waste of breath to point out, for the zillionth time, that we do not have a “democracy,” we have a republic? Why can’t they understand that?
If gas prices do go down a few pennies, it’s only because they’re already so high that they’ve throttled the demand. But they can’t understand that, either.
Question: As for Biden’s wacko speech–are they so confident in their ability to cheat their way to victory that they don’t care what they say… or is it panic? I can’t tell.
Sen Elizabeth Warren (D-Tartarus) was only one of very many libs who went into orbit when it was leaked that the Supreme Court had ruled against Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court ruling that “legalized” abortion… without any legislation.
Warren’s outburst was typical,. “I am angry! I am angry that an extremist Supreme Court thinks they can impose–”
Whoa! How many times have Democrats run to the courts to impose something on the country that didn’t have a ghost of a chance of getting passed as legislation? But if these people weren’t allowed to do projection, they wouldn’t be able to talk at all.
This much passion ginned up for… well, for killing babies! To spend so much passion for an evil thing compounds the evil. Are these people quite all there? Some of them sound like they might be possessed. Fauxcahontas certainly does.
Remember–we are talking about an overpaid jidrool who got by for years pretending she was a native American, until a DNA test proved that that was crap. She’s no more an Indian than Angela Merkel. So she’s going to levitate and spin her head around while waving her fists in the air–all for abortion?
And do they honestly think that if they turn this into THE ISSUE, that everybody else is going to forget about gas prices, inflation, Afghanistan, our ruptured border, sky-high crime rates, lockdowns–just forget about it all and vote for Democrats because we’re all totally committed to abortion it’s the biggest thing in our lives and if they take it away from us we’re gonna burn this country down–[pant, pant]! This is going to endear them to the voters?
I admit it: these people scare me. They’d clap a 1930s Stalin regime onto us at the drop of a hat, if they could. They hate us, hate our country, and even hate our God. And they’re the ones who want to outlaw hate. Ah, projection!
All the Republicans voted for it, so the bill passed, 56-44. But now it will go to Montana’s governor, another Democrat. I will be amazed if he signs it.
A nut-case in the legislature said any measure banning the use of foreign legal systems in Montana would send a “dangerous message to minority groups.”
What? You mean competing legal systems would be a cool thing to have in your state? Including the Muslim system that calls for oppressing women and putting homosexuals to death? Do Democrats really, truly, think that would be a good idea?
I guess they do. Which means they’re crazy. Sure, let’s have a nice hefty dose of sharia in our state! That ought to lead to some really interesting jurisdictional squabbles. Along with some deaths.
The sooner this insane political party gets put out of business forever, the better. Because now they’re not only a perpetual annoyance, but a threat to public safety.
Ms. Dunham spoke of herself as a victim of sexual assault–that’s the rape that never happened–and hailed Hillary Clinton as the great supporter and champion of “my fellow sexual assault survivors.”
Yay, hooray. Did she not know that sitting right there in the audience was Bill Clinton, Mr. Hillary, the king of sexual harassment and assault? If the pagans had a god of sexual harassment, it’d be him. Did she not know–and how in the world couldn’t she?–that Hillary Clinton directed the campaign to smear, discredit, and malign her husband’s victims?
This is hypocrisy of a very high order. Or maybe it’s just insanity. But describing Hillary “Careless” Clinton as a protector of women who have suffered sexual assault is like calling a stork the protector of the minnows.
Oh, and of course Ms. Dunham hailed Careless as the guarantor of “the American promise”–the American Dream is over, so now we have to settle for a promise–which she defined as not “transphobia, Islamophobia, xenophobia, and systemic racism.”
Do you really, truly want these people running your government? Will your conscience let you live with that?
