It’s good to be reminded of what our fellow servants in Christ’s Kingdom have achieved, and how their work has benefited us in so many ways. It’s good to be reminded that we are not alone: among the wonderful gifts that God has given us, we must include… each other.
I’m thankful for all of you who come here, daily, to read and comment. We are a valuable resource for one another. Thank you all, so much, for your prayers and your encouragement.
Thank you, Lee. And speaking of shoulders, I have a prayer request: my son Eric has severely injured his shoulder and is in much pain. Even strong pain pills do not take care of it, and he is so far, unable to get any medical help because of the holiday. I trust the Lord to take care of this.
I’m sure you’re busy on the internet searching for ways to ease his pain without medication. NaturalNews health section? Your son is in my prayers and will be in my prayers until he is well again. God bless.
Is this the same injury he had some weeks ago? Has it gotten worse? I’ve been praying for him all along since then. We’ll keep on doing so.
I hurt my shoulder when I was a teenager–or rather, some idiot hurt it for me–and it took some years to come back. But I never had any treatment for it because I was afraid to let my folks know about the stupid horseplay that caused it.
P.S.–I just told Patty about my own long-ago shoulder injury, which I hadn’t thought about in many years. Back then, my throwing arm was my pride and joy: and in just a matter of seconds, it was shot. It took a good ten years, I guess, to get back to the way it was. But I didn’t have anybody praying for me.
Gee, I was awful stupid when I was a high school kid! And college didn’t make me any smarter.
Anyhow, we’ll keep praying for Eric. Tell him he has people in his corner.

Thank you, Marlene. Yes, I have provided some natural pain relievers, but so far, they have not done the job. I am trusting the Lord.
That is so true, Lee. Our love for one another is more important than anything we can give to our fellow man.
