The dynamics of history remain the same, century after century. There’s always some wacko who wants to conquer and rule the world. Today it’s globalists, trying to do by lies and flattery what Hitler and Tojo couldn’t do with all their fleets and armies.
Why was Alexander the Great–who was only kept from this venture by his own death–planning to attack and conquer Carthage? And then Italy?
But any globalist will understand his mind-set.
Pride, the root and activator of all sin, I believe is the root of this whole fiasco. All followers of the deceiver have an over abundance of this affliction. I know, we all are born sinners and the root is pride. Thank God, it does not take over and rule every human to the extreme that it does in others.
“There is nothing new under the sun.” Soon after Noah’s Flood when people were multiplying and filling the earth, Nimrod led the charge in man’s endeavor to be his own god. That sin nature in us all as clamors for world dominion by coercion, but when we are born-again by God’s grace through faith we want God’s Kingdom to come and His will to be done of earth as it is in Heaven, and this is down by persuasion and not force – the Holy Spirit does it because it is all by God’s grace.
The lead up to WW II is an amazing thing t study. Chamberlain was willing to feed the crocodile, hoping it would eat him last and even proclaiming peace in our time. Churchill was considered out to pasture by that time, but when it became obvious that Chamberlain had gotten things wrong, Churchill quickly became indispensable. Anyone reading this that is living as a free person needs to stop and remember Churchill. Without him, I can guarantee that there’d be far less freedom in our modern world.
But after all of that and the massive loss of life required to free Europe, back in the ‘40s, these very same nations have voluntarily given away much of their freedom in our day and see, dead set on continuing to move away from freedom.
This is a thing that confounds me; that is the way Europe is going. It is just impossible to understand.
IMO, they are in very big trouble. What Hitler couldn’t accomplish has been accomplished another way. Europe is disintegrating before our eyes.
My only solace is that all of the pieces seem to be falling in place for the attack of Gog and his horde. I can’t believe that what we are seeing is business as usual. This fits the prophecies much too closely to be coincidental; at least to my mind it does.
The level of Satanic influence is beyond imagination. Drug abuse, and even the legalization of marijuana. Increase is sexual assaults, especially in Europe. Filth in the streets and police inaction towards the perpetrators. Iran threatening Israel and murmurs of uniting middle eastern armies against Israel coming out of Turkey. It strikes me as if Satan is preparing for battle.
