Jesus, Keep Me Near the Cross–I hear it now and then on the bells of St. Francis’, across the street from me. Simon Khorolskiy sings it to us in Russian; I find the meaning comes through without need for a translator. Katie Gayduchik is the violin soloist.
This is beautiful and expresses my thoughts exactly. After the ones about “woke”, feminism, and all the insanity, this song expresses what is really important.
Here is another great song by Carroll Roberson:: All the Glory- (should be the desire of every one of us)
I’ll try to get to that today–but I’ve got to go out and work on my book while the sun’s still shining.
So beautiful. What a great way to begin my day (I sub-teach this afternoon).
I love this. Thanks for placing it here.
Love the song even if its another language!
