We have a hymn request from Phoebe–Jesus, Keep Me Near the Cross, a classic hymn by Fanny Crosby, sung by the Smucker Family.
It crosses my mind just now, “How good this is!” I’ll have to write about that a little later.

Phoebe happened to mention this hymn this morning, and I thought I’d like to hear it again–Jesus, Keep Me Near the Cross, sung by The Voice of Eden.
This is the fruit of the Great Commission: seed planted, seed grows up, and seed bears fruit. And we have family now in India!
Isn’t this a lovely hymn? We have Joshua to thank for requesting it: Jesus, Keep Me Near the Cross, performed by Josh and Sarah Snodgrass. I’m sure I’ve heard it before, but never until today knew what it was called.
Jesus, Keep Me Near the Cross–I hear it now and then on the bells of St. Francis’, across the street from me. Simon Khorolskiy sings it to us in Russian; I find the meaning comes through without need for a translator. Katie Gayduchik is the violin soloist.
