‘Babylon Bee’ Has Stung Me, But Good

It’s a tough time for satirists. People have a hard time telling the difference between a satire and a nooze item.

The ace satirists at The Babylon Bee got me good, just now, with their piece claiming “Disney+” wants children to confirm their parents are out before watching any of the site’s content (https://babylonbee.com/news/disney-will-now-ask-you-to-confirm-no-parents-are-in-the-room-before-viewing-content). If I had only noticed the BB logo at the top of the page, I would’ve known it was a hoax. But I didn’t notice, so they got me all worked up… until I saw the logo at the bottom of the page.

In my defense, it wasn’t a hoax when several school districts tried to get parents to promise that they wouldn’t watch or listen to the “lessons” being fed to their kids via remote viewing. This helped lead to a fourfold increase in homeschooling.

“Entertainment” wackos like Disney Corp, like teachers’ unions, are preying on our children to try to turn them into good little transgender socialists. Parents need to catch on and put a stop to it.

Disney has gone way over onto the dark side: parents beware.

  1. What a shame that even the entertainment we used to value for children has fallen off the cliff into the mud.

    1. Daily Wire is investing almost $400 million in children’s programming to replace Disney. That is how we defeat these fascists, the free market of competition.

  2. People wonder how so much of leftist thinking got into the public schools and how fast it occurred. When you consider how Microsoft donated their Chrome Books free to all the public schools and they came loaded with Microsoft software and browsers you have your answer – free isn’t always good.
