Disney Corp stock is now worth $63 billion less than it was before it defied Florida’s new law against teaching “sex” (for want of a better word) to children in grades K-3 (https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2022/05/06/ron-desantis-doubles-down-disney-is-not-going-to-have-its-own-government-in-florida/). Disney sided with the groomers, so Florida took away the corporation’s special taxing district: Disney, said Gov. Ron DeSantis, “is not going to have its own government in Florida.”

Disney declared it would double down on “gay” and “trans” characters in all Disney movies and TV shows pitched at children… and the stock went belly-up and began to sink. Now it’s worth $63 billion less than it was just a few weeks ago.

Not a dry eye in the house!

Well, what are they crying about? It’s only Mickey Mouse money.

  1. At our City Elders meeting this week our speaker was Doc Washburn who is running for Governor against RINO Sarah Huckabee Sanders. He said he would stand up to Walmart the way Gov. Ron DeSantis has stood up to Disney. Only problem with that might be Walmart is a whole lot bigger than Disney.

    1. I would cheer. While I respect many of the Disney offerings of the past, most of their current product doesn’t deserve to bear the name of Disney. It’s the same company in name only.

  2. I would like to see the whole Disney enterprise come crashing down. Or, have a new Godly CEO put in place, which would reform the whole enterprise, from the top down. Many heads would roll, from within that pit of evil. It could be reformed. Whole nations have been changed by the gospel of Christ. Why not just one company? And while you are at it Lord, could you start to reform the rest of the nation…with Godly men and women in places of authority, in companies, and governments.

I make plain, in my new book “Israel, Rapture, Tribulation” what the kingdom of God is, as illustrated by the works of Jesus and His disciples, what it should look like, and how it should be exemplified in the life of a Christian. And how Christians should “govern” God’s earth, as has been demonstrated through the centuries by thousands of men and women, in all walks of life, who changed history and the course of nations. These exemplars include eminent Christians like William Carey, a missionary to India; and John Gibson Paton, missionary to the indigenous cannibals of the Vanuatu islands. Businessman John Wanamaker also demonstrated how the kingdom operates in the life of a Christian.

“Wanamaker effectively reformed the world’s business practices, not by demanding change or arguing for stifling government edicts, but by following the principles outlined in the Scriptures to establish the kingdom of God in the heart of every Christian.” – Chapter Twelve “Israel Rapture, Tribulation.”

  3. It was published in 2021 by Author House. Both paperback and hardcover. I think the hardcover is a really nice-looking book. I am happy with the way it all came out. However, I think the publisher set the price too high. So, if you would like, I could attach a PDF file for you to read. Or, if you would like a hardcover copy to read, email me (eldermike547@yahoo.com) with the address to which I should send a copy.
