Nothing has value for the Left. Nothing. Certainly not friendship, nor courage, nor self-respect, nor decency.

Crawl on Your Belly When They Kick You in the Face

As if we had any right to expect a “journalism professor” to be anything other than a boot-licking toad–

But this is what they want to reduce all of us to. This is why we need godly and courageous leaders who won’t sell out and who will not stop fighting until the whole Woke enterprise is ashes scattered to the wind.

  1. Anyone who feels obligated to apologize for offending a supposedly oppressed group isn’t an oppressor by any definition of the word. As I used to say to my colleagues and students, truly oppressed people don’t feel free to stand up in public and criticize their oppressors without any consequences to themselves. They know that if they anger their oppressors, they’ll most likely wind up shot or hauled off to a torture cell or gulag.

  2. And in addition to all this sad stuff, I just read a post in email which quotes the pope saying everybody should curtail meat eating in order to save the planet. Yeah, that’s brilliant mr. popie.

    1. I’m Catholic, and I and all my Catholic friends consider this pope to be a disgrace. He should be concerned with saving souls, not “the planet,” which has always managed to fend for itself. See Matthew 10:28.

    2. Pope Francis actually took part in a scandalous quasi-Amazonian ceremony involving a Pachamama earth-goddess statue and accepted a dish of pagan earth-offerings to put on the high altar of St. Peter’s during a Mass. A group of Catholic young men went around afterward to all the churches where the pachamama statues had been placed, took the statues, and threw them in the Tiber. Francis then had them all replaced in the churches for the remainder of the Amazon Synod. The high altar at St. Peter’s wasn’t used again for over a month, and we’re not even sure whether it was duly exorcised and reconsecrated before being used again. Some Catholics are likening this pope not just to an antipope but to an Antichrist. I wouldn’t go that far, but the scandals he’s caused have been hellacious — and I use that word deliberately.

    3. I remember Pachamama–we covered it here on this blog. There really can be no excuse for what this Pope permits to be done in the church’s name.
He’s as bad as any motormouthed Protestant televangelist.
