By Request, ‘It Is Well With My Soul’

Horace Spafford wrote this hymn after his wealth was wiped out in the Chicago Fire and his four daughters dead in a shipwreck. His faith survived those trials–how, I can’t imagine. But isn’t it so that God gives grace where it’s most needed?

Requested by Thewhiterabbit. Performed by the Mennonite Hour Mens Chorus.

  1. This is another favorite of mine, one I hadn’t thought about for a few weeks, so thank you for the request and the post.

    1. (Thu) When I searched that title, all I could find was this Japanese cartoon stuff. That wasn’t what you really wanted, was it?
