Federal Court protects girls’ sports from trannies.

Far Left Crazy took one on the chin a few days ago, as a federal judge voided the Biden Administration’s rewrite of Title IX of the 1972 civil rights act (https://www.highereddive.com/news/federal-judge-strikes-down-biden-administrations-title-ix-rule-nationwide/736975/).

The judge in the District of Kentucky rapped “the Dept. of Education’s attempt to bypass the legislative process and completely transform Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 through sweeping new regulations.” He also called the whole business “arbitrary and capricious.” (Ya think?)

Prior to the ruling, the new rewrite of Title IX had been blocked in 26 states–as glaringly unconstitutional. (It would allow male students who pretend to be girls to participate in girls’ sports. It also sought to force regular people to use “preferred pronouns.” That makes it compelled speech–again, unconstitutional.)

We wonder, yes, we wonder why Democrats just can’t seem to get enough of LGBTQetc. What the devil is their long-term goal–extinction of the human species?

The Vermont Dept. of Health (LOL!) has urged parents to adopt “inclusive language” and no longer calls their sons “sons” or their daughters “daughters” (https://mrctv.org/blog/craig-bannister/stop-calling-your-kid-son-or-daughter-vermont-tells-parents).

Yeah, I know–it’s gotta be a satire. But it isn’t. They’ve even spent money on a pamphlet: “Inclusive Language for Families.” And they’re exhorting the state’s public schools and teachers’ unions to hop on board and help them sell this nonsense.

Where do they get these wackos, and how do they wind up governing a state? You could kill a civilization with stupid stuff like this.

And the undefended public has to pay for it! With taxes. You fund these dindles’ retirement years!

Get these people out of office before they reduce us all to drooling idiocy.
