Federal Court protects girls’ sports from trannies.
Far Left Crazy took one on the chin a few days ago, as a federal judge voided the Biden Administration’s rewrite of Title IX of the 1972 civil rights act (https://www.highereddive.com/news/federal-judge-strikes-down-biden-administrations-title-ix-rule-nationwide/736975/).
The judge in the District of Kentucky rapped “the Dept. of Education’s attempt to bypass the legislative process and completely transform Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 through sweeping new regulations.” He also called the whole business “arbitrary and capricious.” (Ya think?)
Prior to the ruling, the new rewrite of Title IX had been blocked in 26 states–as glaringly unconstitutional. (It would allow male students who pretend to be girls to participate in girls’ sports. It also sought to force regular people to use “preferred pronouns.” That makes it compelled speech–again, unconstitutional.)
We wonder, yes, we wonder why Democrats just can’t seem to get enough of LGBTQetc. What the devil is their long-term goal–extinction of the human species?
In answer to your final question, they want to destroy civilization as we know it — families, individualism, all sense of objective reality, etc. — so they can take control of the ruins and build everything over into their own power state. Call it Marxism, Cloward-Plivin, or whatever; I call it diabolic.
I can hardly sit up at the computer right now. In addition to my usual church cleanup today, I had to do three errands, all in different directions, and I’m wiped out. My back is killing me (old Air Force injury acting up), my legs feel like wet noodles with lead weights at the ends of them, my shoulders feel as though concrete blocks are hanging off them, my eyelids are sandpapering my eyeballs, and the inside of my head feels bigger than the outside. Other than that, I’m fine. Ay tank ay go lie down now — after I read the latest Joe Collidge post which I just noticed is waiting for us.

Yes, Phobe, Erlene, Elder Mike, Lee & Patti are in my daily prayers. I love our Blog community so much. Did anyone see what the Mayor of Los Angeles did with all that money she took out of the firemen budget? It all went to LGBT groups, some really weird ones. But since she is a Democrat, no responsibility required.
